Office Admin
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will help support the smooth daily operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, supporting staff, and helping ensure clear communication throughout the center.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, professional, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a busy childcare environment. Candidates with childcare knowledge, classroom qualifications, or Director/Administrator experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
- Experience with office administration, childcare administration, or school office support is preferred
- Experience with training development or staff support is a plus
- Knowledge of childcare operations and classroom qualifications is preferred
- Director/Administrator qualifications are a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

- Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and office schedules
- Organize, file, and maintain documents for easy access and accurate recordkeeping
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries with professional phone etiquette
- Support daily administrative operations and general office functions
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, leadership, and visitors
- Help improve office workflow, organization, and productivity
- Assist with training development and onboarding support for new employees
- Support staff with administrative needs and internal communication
- Supervise office staff as needed and help foster a collaborative work environment
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and daily office management
