Infant/Toddler Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their overall development and learning.
This position requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles, effective lesson planning, and the ability to engage children in meaningful educational activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with infant/toddler children is highly desirable.

- Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in key areas such as math, literacy, and social skills.
- Educate children on various subjects while incorporating fun and interactive teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations.
- Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support in their learning journey.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that prioritizes child welfare.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development milestones.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices in preschool education.
