Being a farmer is more than a job. It's a way of life full of learning opportunities.
Do you know that farmers use a variety of tools and equipment to grow crops and raise animals? This week we learned what our farmers use and wear to care for animals. We also learned to name and identify farm animals and what they produce. Children who learn about farming can understand where their food comes from and the importance of taking care of the Earth.

Professional Development Day!
We use this day to learn new skills to implement in our classrooms, collaborate with others and further develop our expertise. Mr. Kenny came to our centers for First Aid and CPR training. Our teachers took "A Watchful Eye Supervision in the classroom" and "It's All About Timing" classes.
